How much does it cost?

Free is free forever: unlimited trips and days, day timeline, trip-health checks, wishlist, maps, unlimited email import, and a one-time calendar download. AI runs on quotas. Pro is $49/year or $16.99/month and adds a live calendar, a PDF itinerary, a downloadable pack of your trip files, unlimited attachments, companion sharing, unlimited wishlist lists and Discovery refreshes, receipt scans, Gmail inbox sync, and fair-use AI (120 voice minutes a month, 3 spoken briefings a day). What are the AI usage limits on Free?

On Free, live voice is 5 minutes a day and 30 minutes a month. Each month you also get 3 voice briefings, 100 typed assistant turns (15 a day), AI enrichment on 5 wishlist places, 3 day-suggestion fetches, 3 PDF imports, 2 Discovery refreshes, 3 wishlist lists, and 5 AI cover images. Receipt scans are Pro-only. Email forwarding is unlimited on both plans. Pro live voice is 120 minutes a month, with a 15-minute maximum per session. Spoken briefings on Pro are 3 a day and 50 a month. Receipt scans are 50 a month on Pro. Wishlist lists, Discovery refreshes, wishlist enrichment, day suggestions, PDF import, and AI cover images have no set monthly limit on Pro; fair use applies. Is annual really that much cheaper?

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up with email and password, or Google or Apple when enabled, and start your first trip on Free — no card until you choose Pro. Create free account

Is my trip data private?

Your trips, notes, and files are tied to your account. Only you and companions you explicitly invite on Pro can see them. Read our Privacy Policy

Can I export my trip?

Every plan includes account data export in Settings and a one-time .ics download per trip. Pro adds a printable PDF, a live auto-updating calendar feed, and a downloadable pack of your trip files (PDF, calendar, and documents). See Pro exports

Does it work while I'm traveling?

The app needs a connection. On Pro you can download an offline pack — a ZIP of your trip files (PDF itinerary, calendar file, and your documents) — to keep on your phone. Upgrade to Pro

Can I plan a trip with friends or family?

Pro lets you add unlimited companions per trip by display name or email invite. Editors can change plans, wishlist, and attachments; viewers follow the activity feed. Companions can vote on wishlist places, leave threaded comments, and see live updates. A read-only share link, with an optional password, is free. Upgrade to Pro

Which devices and browsers are supported?

Itinerova runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop, tablet, and phone — no install required. You can also add it to your home screen as an app. Native iOS and Android apps aren't available yet. Try it free

How do imports from email work?

What is Cancellation Radar?

Cancellation Radar is included on Free. It tracks penalty-free cancellation deadlines across your bookings, including deadlines filled in from imported emails and PDFs, a chip on every booking, a money-at-risk summary on your trip overview, and reminders 48h and 24h before windows close.
