Itinerova Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Itinerova to:

Break the law, or help others break it.

Upload content you don't have the right to share, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy (for example, posting other people's personal or booking information without permission).

Harass, threaten, or harm anyone, or share hateful, sexually explicit or violent content.

Upload malware, or try to access accounts, systems or data you're not authorized to access.

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service; overload or disrupt it; or get around limits, paywalls, or security features.

Resell, sublicense or share Pro access, create multiple accounts to avoid limits, or use the Service to build a competing product.

Use AI features to create spam, deceptive content, or content that impersonates others, or try to make AI features reveal hidden instructions or other users' data.

Use AI or voice features for automated or commercial bulk processing.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. For serious violations we may act without notice.

Fair use and plan limits

Itinerova is meant for personal trip planning. To keep it fast and affordable for everyone, these limits apply. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; monthly limits reset at the start of each month (UTC).

Pro

Live voice (voice input / voice assistant) — about 120 minutes per month; each voice session can last up to 15 minutes

Spoken briefings — 3 per day and 50 per month

Receipt scans (AI reading a photo or file of a receipt or document) — 50 per month

Other AI features — reasonable personal use

Free

Live voice — 5 minutes per day and 30 minutes per month; each voice session can last up to 5 minutes

Spoken briefings — 3 per month

Receipt scans — not included

Other features, such as AI assistant messages, booking PDF imports and AI suggestions, have monthly limits shown in the app

You can see your usage in Settings → Plan & billing under Usage this month. We'll show a message when you're close to or at a limit; the feature becomes available again when the limit resets.

Unused allowance doesn't carry over and has no cash value.

We may adjust these limits. If we lower a limit, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. We may act sooner in case of abuse or to protect the Service.

If your usage is far above typical patterns, we may contact you before taking action.

Reporting

Report abuse, illegal content, or other content concerns to support@itinerova.com. Tell us where the content is and why you think it's a problem. We'll review reports and let you know what we decided. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we'll tell you why and how to ask us to reconsider.
